Welcome to True Blue Tallow. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline how you can use our website and purchase our products. By browsing or buying from this site, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

All our products are made in small batches, by hand, using natural ingredients sourced from trusted Australian suppliers. Because of this, each balm may vary slightly in colour, scent, or texture — this is part of its natural charm, not a defect.

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only. We do not make therapeutic or medical claims. Always read the ingredient list carefully and patch test before use.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via secure third-party gateways (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments). We don’t store your payment information. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.

3. Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide (and to select international destinations).
Dispatch times are usually within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery times depend on your location and postal service. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

We do not take responsibility for shipping delays once the parcel has been lodged with the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

We take great care in packing our balms, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us here within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll happily replace or refund faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” once a product has been opened or used.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

While we use gentle, natural ingredients, everyone’s skin is different. Please:

• Review the ingredient list before purchasing or using

• Perform a patch test before first use

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
